Ca L’Antoniet Residential Development
The project is a private initiative from a developer interested in building energy-efficient dwellings, and such conditioning factor was considered in every project decision, both concerning construction and design. Everything is based on Passivhaus construction fundamentals.
The plot area is 1240.16m2 , with a slope of 6.5m from north to south. Four single-family dwellings connected by party walls are planned. They have a basement, a ground floor, a first floor and a second floor.
The basement is allocated for a parking lot with space for two cars, space for several installations, a storeroom, a washing machine area and a stairway accessing each dwelling’s ground floor.
The ground floor accommodates the walk-in access through a community area consisting of a garden space, a swimming-pool, a barbecue area and a community access area leading to each of the dwellings through a private courtyard. This floor accommodates the day zone with a kitchen, a living-dining room leading on to a garden facing south, a bathroom and a stairway to the first floor. This same floor leverages the slope to install the swimming-pool machinery.
The first floor accommodates the night zone consisting of two bedrooms, a bathroom, a walk-in closet and the stairway to the second floor.
An open-plan study space leading on to the solarium is planned on the second floor.
Vertical communication of the dwelling is achieved by means of a vertical core consisting of a stairway and a lift from the basement to the second floor.
The “Ca L’Antoniet” development is located in a unique location in Sitges, with a quiet environment and services at a comfortable distance.
